We should say a Pray for Darina Calpin and all of us
Unfortunatly a girl in Ireland who had Cystic Fibrosis contracted swine flu and passed away…I might be wrong but this is the first CF swine flu related death I have read about…Say a pray or however you go about it for this Girl and her family and I guess for of us CF’ers.

Ireland’s first swine flu victim has been described as a courageous and determined young woman with a zest for life.
Darina Calpin was suffering from cystic fibrosis when she contracted the deadly bug. The 18-year-old, from Templeboy, Co Sligo, was admitted to hospital on Monday, diagnosed and immediately put into an isolation ward where she died on Friday afternoon.
In a statement her distraught family said: “The Calpin family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of a beloved daughter and sister. Darina was a beautiful lady with a zest for life. She was courageous and determined. She had a great talent for and love of music and she enjoyed life with her family and friends.”
Even though I didn’t know this girl I feel a loss..
